Kellie Bubeck is the founder of Bubeck Law and focuses her practice on telemarketing and data privacy matters. For nearly 15 years, she has advised businesses navigating telemarketing compliance, TCPA class action defense, and regulatory investigations.

Before founding Bubeck Law, Kellie was a partner at a prominent boutique firm. Her practice included advising global retailers, technology companies, political organizations, insurance companies, and emerging businesses on telemarketing and data privacy risks, compliance, and litigation.

Kellie has successfully defended more than 75 nationwide TCPA class actions and hundreds of individual cases. She has also represented companies before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state regulators in enforcement proceedings.

Kellie played a central role in the landmark Supreme Court case Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants, 140 S. Ct. 2335 (2020). She helped develop the litigation strategy for the First Amendment challenge to the TCPA and appeared on brief before the Court.

Recognizing the growing importance of privacy law, Kellie established and led the data privacy practice at her previous firm. She earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designation in 2021.
